FULL screening
Following booking confirmation, a full screening will be required of each guest. We work closely with our client’s employer/agency to ensure a thorough verification process.
Guests
Our guests are corporate housing clients being placed by their employers or agency. These stays range from 30 days to 12 months which provides significantly less wear and tear than short term rentals.
Maintenance
After each guest, the property is professionally cleaned and restocked. We manage basic maintenance including air filters, cleaning supplies, toiletry, etc. Requests can be made to management when more is needed.
Lease Agreement
Rose Oak Properties is the responsible party for the corporate lease agreement and therefore pays the rent directly to the landlord, regardless if the listing is vacant.
Furnished & SUpplied
Each listing is fully furnished by our team and stocked with basic essentials to ensure a seamless transition for guests.
Quality Assurance
After screening, we take additional measures for quality assurance including installing smartlocks, doorbell cameras, noise monitors, and more.
